Self improvement/empowerment is my thing. Yoga, Karate and P90X are a part of my daily life. Had an early mid-life crisis but have corrected myself, picked myself up and am stronger than ever. Irish people, we are built that way. I believe if we don't learn from our mistakes what's the point???

We could on our own figure that life is a question of experiencing the greatest pleasure and avoiding the least pain. These pleasures get harder and harder to achieve and the pain grows in proportion. It takes a long time to understand that we do not live for pleasure, but that pleasure comes from living as we should.
